I'm happy to help! Here are the answers to your flu questions.

There was a clinic held at the Levy Center this past Saturday. According to the lady I spoke with at the health department, more clinics will be offered in a few weeks, however it all really depends on health department staff availability and city budget issues.
However, Cook County offers many clinics for Suburban Cook County residents, so you do not have to go to a clinic solely in Evanston. Here is a link that with dates and locations...

This site also offers up-to-date information and resources about the H1N1 flu.

And, according to the lady I spoke with at the Evanston City Health Department, there have been 12,565 residents since November who have received the vaccine.
